Parent & Helper Hub

Support the learning environment without needing to be the head coach.

Understand age-appropriate development, reinforce confidence, run simple stations, and help create a safe, positive practice.

Support confidence

Notice effort, courage, learning, and teamwork. Ask what the player saw or learned before giving solutions.

Help at practice

Repeat the coach’s cue, keep the station moving, reset equipment, and protect safety without adding conflicting instruction.

Encourage from the sideline

Let players solve the game. Use positive support rather than directing every touch.

Parent Helper Station Cards

A simple operating card for each station.

The printable drill view includes setup, equipment, player count, instructions, rotation timing, coaching phrases, safety, and success criteria.

Before the station

  • Read the objective and one coaching cue.
  • Confirm the boundaries and safe waiting area.
  • Place spare balls where they can be returned quickly.

During the station

  • Keep instructions brief.
  • Use the same words as the lead coach.
  • Rotate players on time.
  • Stop immediately for unsafe behavior or conditions.
